“The joy that Frankie brought to everyone is almost indescribable,” she said. “Seeing the delight and elation he brough others made me smile and was so uplifting and fulfilling. You couldn’t help smiling and feel joyful when Frankie was around,” said handler Carmella Aaron.
Frankie’s favorite place was TCNJ, where he was often recognized by students who had met him at prior events.
